A Catered Event works at some of the most wonderful venues and with some of the very best vendors in central Ohio. We are an approved catering vendor at many venues in Columbus and around the central Ohio area. It is our absolute pleasure to help you find the perfect event location which suites your taste, style, and budget.

Red Brick Occasions
Red Brick Occasions is one of Columbus’ newest event spaces with a warm and welcoming décor. It is a full-service venue located on the charming Main Street of downtown Columbus. It can be the casual and rustic setting for your next special event with the warehouse feel of the exposed brick interior. It is both urban & industrial, featuring brick walls, hardwood floors, and soft lighting. The gold framed mirrors, eclectic furnishings, chandeliers and chestnut wood-framed chairs will add to the warm ambiance of the event. Red Brick Occasions can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated meal, up to 150 guests for a cocktail style reception and everything in between! Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders. Amelita Mirolo Barn
Upper Arlington’s unique facility blends the historic beams of one of the community’s oldest farm structures originally built in 1838 with an airy, modern space perfect for weddings and other events. There are three patios – one covered that can be used depending on the weather. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Bloomfield Meadows
Bloomfield Meadows Barn and Berry farm is located on 20 rolling acres. It is a unique setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. The main barn is rustic but elegant with wood beams, chandeliers, and a barn wood wall from a 100 year old barn. The attached lean-to is an ideal location for a cocktail hour. A tent is available for a larger reception. The pond with its heart shaped island is great for your ceremony area or just relaxing and watching nature. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Bryn Du
Bryn Du Mansion is the centerpiece for weddings and public functions. It is a Federal style sandstone mansion, circa 1905, and offers a variety of elegant spaces with unique architectural details. Hand crafted wood paneling detail the West and East wings and the formal dining room. It is handicapped accessible with spacious front and rear patios and has beautiful outside space for a wedding ceremony. The Field House is a 7,200 square foot contemporary, multi-use facility. It also has spacious upper level outdoor patio which can be used for a wedding ceremony. It is ideal for large wedding receptions. The Carriage House is a 1,200 square foot Arts & Craft style space. There are two rooms of distinct charm best suited for rehearsal dinners or small parties. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Cultural Arts Center
The Cultural Arts Center is one of central Ohio’s premier Visual Arts facilities. You can enjoy a unique wedding in their beautiful garden courtyard and indoor gallery space for your intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Everal Barn
Everal Barn and Homestead in Westerville are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This is a popular place for events, parties, weddings and receptions. With a charm that will make you feel right at home, Everal Barn and Homestead quickly finds a special place in your heart as it helps you create many cherished memories. It has beautiful outside space for a wedding ceremony. Beer & Wine only bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Griggs Boathouse
The Scioto Room within the Griggs Boathouse is a gorgeous venue located in Hilliard. Large windows with a balcony overlooking the Scioto River make it a beautiful spot for a wedding reception. It has a large lobby area and a covered porch. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Kelton House
Kelton House is a historic home and garden in the Town Street Historic District in downtown Columbus. The brick-walled carriage house with arched windows is a beautiful Victorian setting, reflecting the grace of mid-19th century life. It was occupied continuously by the Kelton family from 1852 to 1975. There is a 60-foot long Terrace adjacent to the Carriage House that can be tented for larger groups. Tucked behind the house / museum, the tranquil garden features a pergola that is ideal for the event ceremony. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
King Arts Complex
The King Arts Complex Ballroom is an elegant space with a parquet dance floor that will make a grand impression on your guests. The Barbara R. Nicholson Auditorium is a beautiful, large space on the first floor. The King Arts Complex is the perfect venue for any special occasion. King Arts will handle the bar for you.
Leeds Farm
Leeds Farm in Ostrander, Ohio, is an ideal location for a country wedding. The North Barn is a large venue with a wrap-around patio and expansive grounds suitable for an outdoor ceremony. It is available for weddings and other special events May-August. If you are looking for an on-the-farm space for a ceremony and reception, this may be the ideal site for your special occasion. Little Bear Golf Club
Little Bear Golf Club is a great place to hold your special event. From the porcelain tiled reception area to the 18 impressive Italian marbleized cut-glass Chandeliers in the main ball-room; your guests should be pleasantly surprised. Wedding ceremonies can be held indoors or outside. This facility is beautiful with three large lakes, a stream, stone waterfall and more than 1,000 trees. Little Bear Golf Club is located only minutes north of Polaris Fashion Place Mall. Little Bear will handle the bar for you.
Little Brook Meadows
Little Brook Meadows is located in Lancaster on 50 acres. Along with the barn there is a gazebo, fire pit and house available for your use. Have your special day become a special weekend, with the option of having family and friends stay at the house, have the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and the reception all on the same property. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
North Bank Pavilion
North Bank Pavilion at North Bank Park is a great venue on the banks of the Scioto River with a breathtaking view of downtown Columbus. The A-Frame glass structure with outdoor patios offers your guests a memorable experience. The wedding ceremony can be held at a location by the river. For a larger reception a tent can be added. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Old Blue Rooster Shelter House
The Old Blue Rooster Shelter House with a fireplace and stone bar is situated just southeast of Columbus near Groveport. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery with a creek, old covered bridge and pond behind the shelter house. The pond includes a delightful fountain that lights up at night to add a little extra something to your evening parties. There is also a 1926 barn and covered wagon on the property. A tent can be added on the patio area for larger events. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
Old Blue Rooster Barn & Lodge
The Old Blue Rooster Barn, located in Lithopolis, is their newest venue with indoor & outdoor amenities. The garden has permanent seating with a rustic look which is perfect for the ceremony. The indoor reception hall which is heated and air conditioned has wrought iron chandeliers hung from a metal ceiling. The Barn will handle the bar for you.
Olde Gahanna Sanctuary
If you are interested in a unique venue with an abundance of character, you will need to check out The Olde Gahanna Sanctuary. It was originally a church built in 1895, and is now on the National Register of Historic Places. It is a beautiful venue for weddings and receptions. Bar can be handled by client.
Skylight
The Skylight is perfect for weddings or other special events. It is located in Newark and was originally home to a 1900’s Post Office. The venue now shows off the breathtaking 22 foot ceilings and incredible turn of the century architecture. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
The Barn at Moots Run
The Barn at Moot’s Run is a beautiful space located in Alexandria just west of Granville. It is well maintained and has ample outdoor space for the ceremony. Inside there is a rustic wooden bar for your use. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
The Barn at Stratford
The Barn at Stratford (also known as The Garth Oberlander Barn) and the Forest Meeker House comprise The Meeker Homestead located on six acres in Delaware County. The stone-end barn was built with limestone rubble from the banks of the nearby river. The massive beams in the barn are from trees cut in the winter of 1847 and used in the construction of the barn, probably around 1848. The beautiful grounds and romantically rustic barn will help make your wedding day one to remember. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
The Forrest Meeker House, built in 1823, is one of the oldest and most prominent historic buildings in Delaware County. It is now a museum operated by the Delaware County Historical Society.
The Vault
The Vault is truly one of Columbus’ best kept secrets. What sets this unique venue apart from other downtown facilities is the stunning 100 year old chandelier & arching windows which were hidden from view from 1965 until 2002. The Vault, sitting at the edge of the 4,000 square foot marble floor, serves as the unique and fun Beverage/Bar area. The Balcony is a perfect way to introduce the Bridal Party and as a focal point for speeches. Your guests will depart knowing they have experienced something very special. The Vault will handle the bar for you.
Westerville Community Center
The Westerville Community Center is a spacious and extremely welcoming facility. The Maple Rooms & Buckeye Rooms at the Community Center are very popular with flexible spaces. No alcohol permitted at this venue.
Whetstone – Park of Roses
Located in Clintonville, Whetstone is at the Park of Roses which is one of the most unique and renown parks in the state of Ohio. The venue is a beautiful building with two fireplaces and large front patio area. The wedding ceremony can be held in the Park of Roses. Bar can be handled by client with approved bartenders.
