What type of events do you cater?
A Catered Event can cater any event you desire. We are your full service catering professionals. We have experience with weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. We can also cater to any size event, from a small intimate gathering to a large scale event. Our staff can cater to any need you have.
When should I book a caterer for my event?
Today! We book up fast and we want to make sure we are availably for your special day. Contact one of our event coordinators to book today.
How do I reserve a date?
In order to reserve our services for your upcoming event you will need to pay the deposit and sign the contract.
What is the deposit to book an event?
In order to secure our services and date for your upcoming event you must pay a $500.00 deposit.
I have a last-minute event, are you available?
While we do need time to prepare for each event, don’t hesitate to contact one of our event coordinators to check our availability. Please contact us ASAP and give us as many details as possible. We will check the schedule and work with the staff to see how we can serve you.
I have special dietary needs, can I order a custom menu?
A Catered Event can accommodate any dietary restriction. Gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, etc.
Can we have alcohol at our event? Can you provide a bartender?
Absolutely! A Catered Event is certified and trained to serve alcohol at any event you desire. We do require the customer to purchase the alcohol, mixers, and garnishes prior to the event. If your venue allows you to provide your own alcohol, A Catered Event offers professional bartending service. We provide certified and insured bartenders to dispense all alcoholic beverages.
What venues in Columbus can you cater?
A Catered Event has the ability and capacity to treat any location as our own, given there are no established venue restrictions. We have great working relationships with many local venues.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a fee for all deliveries. Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
What is the service fee?
A Catered Event charges the standard 20% service charge for all events. A service charge is simply the fee for all service staff and operational expenses associated with each event.
How do I request information for catering services?
You can request information a few different ways. You can call our office during business hours, email one of our event coordinators, or fill out an inquiry form located on the contact page.
Can I order a cake from you?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flavors, icings, and fillings. Contact one of our event coordinators today for more information.
If I bring my own cake, is there a cake cutting fee?
We offer a cake cutting service that includes plates, forks, and napkins. This service is included with most of our packages and can be added to any event. Contact one of our event coordinators for more information.
